This year, we got busy with giving back! We are blessed to be in a position to host and participate in a dynamic array of community events that benefit not only our owners, tenants, and residents, but the citizens of Denton County as well. Check out all of our 2023 Community Outreach Events!
First Annual Random Acts of Kindness Give-Back Event
Linda McNatt Animal Care & Adoption Center Donation Drive
Last July, we set out to help the furry residents of Denton. We combined efforts with the Linda McNatt Animal Care & Adoption Center, Denton Animal Support Foundation (DASF), Sign Exclusive, and Pet Supplies Plus to fill the food reserve used by the DASF to provide pet food to owners in need.
Highland Village’s TX Fallen PD Tribute Event
We were thrilled to participate in Highland Village’s TX Fallen PD Tribute Event, an annual run to support the families of those who lost their lives in the line of duty. Not only were we able to meet with some of Highland Village’s finest to present our donation, but a few on our team joined the run last October!

The holiday season always brings bundles of cheer, and this year, we helped Santa out by delivering some holiday happiness of our own! Our team set out into the Denton County community giving back to nurses, medical technicians, local residents, and local businesses alike to help foster community for the holidays!
