At Scott Brown Commercial, we’re always looking for skilled individuals eager to learn and grow in the commercial real estate industry. In doing so, we’re constantly expanding our knowledge and expertise in the field to ensure all of our clients needs are met, from property management to leasing or selling. Agents like Chris make this process seamless and efficient.

As one of our newest additions to the commercial team, Chris has an established 37-year career in sales and management with an impeccable way with people. Chris never meets a stranger. His goal-oriented work ethic and long-term friendship with Scott Brown has led Chris to expand into the world of commercial real estate, after being inspired by Scott about the challenges and the drive that comes with the industry.

Prior to working at Scott Brown Commercial, Chris worked in the retail automotive industry, honing his sales and management skills to become the best in the business. Born and raised in Denton, TX, Chris has a vast understanding of the Denton County community and countless connections in the area. Chris served in the United States Marine Corp for four years out of high school. A man of many trades, Chris enjoys time with his wife and kids, golfing and hunting, and meeting new people.

A: A resort in the Caribbean. St. Thomas is my favorite.

A: I wanted something worth doing. Scott inspired me and I jumped right into [commercial real estate].

A: Coach - Being a coach was so cool and I had some great coaches growing up, including Denton’s legendary W.H. Rainey.
