Brandy Pope

A tried-and-true Dentonite, Commercial Property Manager, Brandy Pope embodies community within the city of Denton. Serving on the Board for the Denton Main Street Association, Brandy plays a pivotal role in supporting and promoting the economic growth and success of Downtown Denton and its local businesses. With 17 years of property management experience and 6 years of experience in the legal field, Brandy provides invaluable knowledge and effective solutions to property owners and tenants.

Brandy consistently goes above and beyond to strengthen relationships with community members, from property owners and tenants to vendors, Denton PD, city staff, and local business owners. Her enthusiasm for networking and ensuring quality service sets her apart from typical property management, and Brandy’s continued dedication to assist anyone she comes across makes her a valuable member to the Scott Brown Commercial team.

Showcasing her love for downtown, Brandy lives directly on Denton Square with her husband, Jordan, and their pup, Chesty Puller. Aside from spending time with their kids, Brandy spends as much time as she can on passion projects such as volunteering and serving the community, including acting as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children in the foster care system within Denton and also serving as a Denton County Precinct Chair.
