As a Denton County native, Nathan Selman provides a trove of intangible area knowledge to help the business owners of North Texas find success in the real estate market. Transitioning to a Scott Brown Commercial agent in 2023, Nathan brings with him over two years of commercial property management experience which allows him to understand the needs of both property owners and tenants, and meet the goals for their businesses. Drawn to real estate for the ability to help people grow their businesses while maintaining his entrepreneurial pursuit, Nathan obtained his real estate license in March of 2022 and specializes in a dynamic collection of commercial real estate areas.

After spending a few years in Idaho, Nathan was drawn back to his Denton roots where he excelled in property management. Nathan now uses his knowledge of the area and the real estate industry to leverage the best deals for the business owners of Denton County and foster integral connections with the community. Outside of work and his real estate endeavors, Nathan enjoys exercising and enjoying some friendly competition among friends.
